James, This is also an issue for us. I am currently in discussion with our account manager and other senior figures at OpenGi to continue recieving the TREM PWOTD. We have been requesting this on an ad hoc basis for some time with no real issue, but have come up against some resistance recently. I am in fact waiting for an official response. Watch this space!
