  1. Hi, We have an official complaint registered with Open GI due to the bespoke training package we have been provided with. We are an MSP user and due to us being in Northern Ireland had to pay for bespoke training as we would not be attending the classroom sessions held in Open Gi main office. The bespoke package that we got was terrible and not fit for purpose. We had to pay up front in good faith before receiving any information on what the bespoke training would cover. The cost for us to take up the MSP cost us 190% over the standard cost, mostly due to this bespoke training. The training that was scheduled by Open Gi was way to long and covered areas that would take a 5 year old to get in 10 mins, but they set aside 2 hrs for us and more importantly paid by us. E.g. 2 Hrs to cover how to do a motor quote & a further 2 Hrs for Motor EDI - We covered in 2 Hrs total not 4 2 Hrs to cover how to do a home quote & a further 2 hrs on Home EDI - We did not do as motor was so easy. We ended up not taking only approx 35% of total training and have asked for refund, that Open Gi have declined. I would love to know if any other business has had any issues regarding bespoke training.
