you could try a database enquiry to generate a report if you have a handler for the client then the exec on the level 1 (bcm) would be e.g. JS (john smith) and the level 2 (bpy) exec would be any other handlers for personal and commercial bcm.exec eq JS bpy.rdat from xx/xx/xxxx bpy.rdat to xx/xx/xxxx then you can generate a list for that handlers clients for the set date range. Not quite as simple as a report but it might give you the results you want Hope this helps. Steve Wyatt
