  1. Hi Ben, Cheers for the response. We are reviewing our DR procedures and Business Continuity Plans. This includes being able to recover failed or failing devices/servers in our environment. For example SQL Server that runs Infocentre that drives numerous operations in the business such as Lead Management, Management Information and is part of our core systems for our Telematics Brand. We have recently replaced our InfoCentre SQL Server and would not have been able to facilitate the switch-over out of Business Hours without access to Linux Passwords. Regards James
  2. Afternoon All, Not usually my thing but felt the need to get some feedback on the aforementioned matter. Does anybody else have an issue with requests for Linux Password of The Day from OpenGI Support these days? When I worked there no more than 12 months ago TREM (Linux PWOTD) was allowed to be given out to any broker that requested it. The TRIPOS Password of The Day is not allowed to be given as it is the 'master key' to the OpenGI System that support use in place of standard usernames or logins. More so recently there has been reluctance to provide the linux password? What are other brokers experiences? Does anybody else seem to suffer the same problem? Cheers. JML
