Thanks Karl that did the trick

I have recently created a new policy module for a scheme we have and after buiilding and validating the system gave a question "Do you want to rebuild the keyword cache now?". In error I said no and now the keyword isn't recognised in Open Word and I do not know how to now rebuild the keyword cache. Can anyone help? Thanks
