What about trigger docs? if you send a trigger doc after ipid it should print all docs for that client?

We are now using Open Attach (OA) and beginning to deal with emails in OpenAttach.
Finding that our OA file page quickly gets filled up with emails which is not helped when a one email can start a chain of emails consisting of one-liners which all take time to at to OA and then Rename and Re-Categorize to try and make sense of each email to avoid each email having the same File Name. I am aware that these can be put into folders if this gets out of hand.
This is very time consuming.
How does everyone deal with this.
Would welcome suggestions
if you have made sure the subject line on the first email starts with Ref: bb-bpyrefno - subject where bb stans for branch and bpyrefno is full policy ref eg abc01pc01 then open attach should automatically file these every half hour with out any intervention on your part including replies

We send all items to open print manager and then go on with next piece of work and print all at post time.
if you have a lot of sub documents / nested if then statements in your letter it will slow the process down as far as I know.

We upgraded our OpenGi Server last month - whilst the cloud option was being heavily promoted, we stuck with on-site hardware and a robust on and off-site backup facility on the advice of an external I.T Consultant.
Darren out of interest how do you achieve the offsite backup?

it is also available under std OPM, whilst we don't currently use it I have just tested it by sending 3 different letters to the print queue the last one set as trigger doc and this sent all 3 to the printer out of OPM without user intervention
